Scheduled the appt online through myacura one week in advance for a preexisting rotors replacement for my daughters car. She drove 49 minutes to arrive at the appt only to find out that Acura did not have any rotors in stock. She then had to drive home and come back the following day. What is the purpose of scheduling an appt? In an attempt to be courteous for her hassle she and the friend she was with were given a bottle of water(which is free in the waiting area). This service leaves something to be desired. I have bought 2 cars from this dealership and might be the last two.

although you do not have a fix for my issue, you acknowledged it as a known issue. while that doesn't make me happy with Acura, I can appreciate that McGrath and scarlett are trying their best!

It may be due to my own misunderstanding. 1) when my car.was finished, I thought I was told to pay the bill then he would return and tell me the car wash was done. 10 minutes later I got a text message saying it was done but to wait 15 minutes. I got a phone call at that time, so didn't go look. When finished, which ended up being 30 minutes after the text, I looked for him, and he said it was ready to go. So that was probably my misunderstanding. 2. When he gave me the bill, he said he emailed the report to me. I didn't get it during that 40 minutes, so I asked him. He said he could print it out but it would take a couple minutes, but he would email again. I didn't want to wait further, so I said email it, but I still don't see it. I checked the spam folder too. The email address on the receipt looks correct, but maybe it has a problem. Since he didn't mention anything I should worry about, I assume the report looked good. 3. Later today I noticed I have rubber Goodyear floor mats on both sides. Were these left intentionally, or by accident?
