Really appreciated the text messages and phone calls to let me know when my car was ready. I also like the new (new to me) way to schedule service appointments online! In today’s busy lifestyle, it’s so helpful. And, the Starbucks machine is pretty nice too! Thank you!

Check your phone system. When I dialed the main number and selected 1 for service, I was transferred to an extension that died.

I’m happy with the customer service I received, the only issue I have is that when I received my car back from the wash they did at the dealer I was given someone else’s all season mat on the driver side. Unfortunately i didn’t notice it until I left.

Jason was great. The car washing could have been better. I expect it to be done correctly if it’s going to be done and my exterior chrome was not attended to and the floor mats were not locked back into position. Perhaps not the most important things, but if a job is worth doing, it’s worth doing well.

There were very few people waiting for thei cars. When I called for an appointment I was told the afternoon was wide opened. Nevertheless it took nearly two hours for an oil change and tire rotation. In fact after about one hour the service man came to tell me that the car was almost done. Fifty minutes later he returned. This is certainly not what I consider fast service.
