Scarlett did an excellent job. Wash was ok. Vacuum was either poor or not done at all. Alignment appears to be good although I have not driven at highway speed.

There were 2 items that failed the all point inspection. However they were not mentioned or asked if we wanted them addressed. They were the air filter and the cabin filter. I certainly need them changed. I will need to now determine where and when to have the service completed.

Know dealership was busy that morning but when vehicle was delivered Nick advised and brought me to cashier. When reviewin receipt notice brakes were do for repair, front and rear. No notice or time line from Nick. Would have appreciated a heads up.

Car Play not functioning on my RDX. The reset did not work still shows car play unavailable. Nick was courteous and professional but the issue wasn’t resolved.

A balance of High Quality service, and minimal wait time. Efforts were made by Scarlett to reduce costs as much as possibly allowed, via coupons I did not know existed. I very much appreciate her efforts.
