McGrath sends me text message about service status and says I can reply to the text. But when I reply to the text I get no response. Also, when I picked up the car and drove it home the power steering was maki g loud humming noise when I turned. I looked a saw that fluid was below the lower level. But is was just in for engine overhaul and belt changed. I thought this would have been checked.

I am very disappointed that the Bluetooth is the cause of draining my battery. I’ve serviced both my Acura cars through your team and when the Bluetooth went out, we had your team replace the Bluetooth and battery. If you google Acura, the Bluetooth is a known problem on all Acura cars and for your team to not convey that to customers, I feel disappointed because I trusted your team's expertise and honesty. It does not feel good to pay for new Bluetooth a few years ago and have to pay again to disconnect it because it is draining my battery. The service of disconnecting the Bluetooth should have been waived.

Jason is always so polite and extremely kind! He remembered that I had kids and when I told him I needed to pick up my kids and I was in a time crunch he was extremely efficient and respectful of that- definitely made my car a priority!! He’s WONDERFUL! I highly recommend Acura in Libertyville and Jason’s excellent customer service is a huge reason why!
