2014 MDX. 122k miles. Now on my 4th battery in 6 years. I’m done with your service department and dealership. Anthony and Nick are great people you have, but common sense about this issue is lacking.

This was my first service visit. Leonard was very helpful and professional. During my appointment setup I forgot to mention about a minor buff up job on my RDX. But, once I asked Leonard, he did take care of it on the same day. Saving me one more trip to get that done later. Thanks, Subodh

Nick is very easy to work with. He works around my schedule and also ensures I get all the coupons offered. Not happy about the price associated with my timing belt repair (Nick did tell me how much is was going to be). But $1600 is a hard number.
