Microphone is not working correctly. Ron explained that lots of people complain about this. Ron said he would notify Acura corporate. He did not write up this issue on my paperwork. I came in for a software fix -- emissions recall on the 2020 RLX hybrid -- that got done and recorded on my paperwork-this was what Bruce had called me for. There has to be a fix for the microphone issue. Please reply. Best regards, Arlene & Tony.

Service was great it given that I was prompted to have to come in due to emissions problem notification I would have expected Acura to cover the $90 cost for these seemingly inconvenient and non-critical evaluation, is specially given that I have been a loyal McGrath Acura service customer for years. Otherwise staff was courteous and helpful.
