Nick was supposed to call me back during the week and nothing, I called Friday around noon asking to speak to him and was told the messaged would get relayed to him. I have yet to hear from him and it’s 5:39pm on Friday.
I love Nick. He is a big reason I just bought a New Acura yesterday!
My service guy was great! Super friendly and went over everything with me. He was great with me and my dog who came with me. The car was done earlier than even quoted.

Very professional. Was told car service would take 1 1/2 hours & it did. Showed me the old engine & cabin filters that needed replacement without being asked. Very satisfied.

service department did a good job in finding and eliminating my issue. I did like that you could previously go in after 5:00 pm to pick up the car and pay near the parts department. It is much more inconvenient to have to get there by 5. Drop off after hours works fine for me but obviously need to be there to pay and prefer to go after my own work hours.

Everything went very well. I needed an A16 service and did moat of it myself. I just needed the rear diff oil changed. Nick set it up for a labor only job, was in and out it 20 mins. All good.
