Nick is always great. Only issue is that a sensor for “tighten fuel cap” has been on and off for over 6 months now. I have brought the car in for service 3 times in that time period and no one can figure out why this is happening. This is more an annoyance than a critical issue, but it would really be nice if someone could figure this problem out.
I have owned at least one Acura vehicle every year since 1988, when the first Legend was released. Just so you know my loyalty.

Had a crisis today in that both MDX’s needed service which occurred and problems were solved. Nick was supportive and extremely helpful.
Great team! I was able to get in today ! Scheduled and then got hung up at the DMV but Tom was nice enough to call me back and said just come on over when your done. Ick was very nice , helpful and got me in and out quick and explained everything. I’m very impressed. Thanks !

Lenny was very good, and explained every detail. No heasdsup on the "4" service at previous visit. Also, tires were not inflated to 35 psi after rotation & alignment.
