Nick was very helpful, nice, and patient. Offered me a loner car so I wouldn’t have to wait at the shop and went over everything that was done on my vehicle in detail. Was able to answer my questions. Accurately quoted out the service and parts total in advance so there weren’t any surprises when it came time to pay. It was an excellent experience.

The service on the car was fine as always. I've been bringing my car to be serviced there for about 15 years. My concern, as the covid numbers increase dramatically, is for my health and your other clients. I wanted to look around the showroom while I waited. Four employees were behind the desk, one with no mask on. I left and tried again in a half hour. Same situation. I would think Acura would be concerned about the welfare of their customers and would want to know of this.
