The oil filter was not ready at the dealer for my car, even though I booked the appointment last week (I have a Lexus I bought at your dealership), so my car sat for half an hour before work started when no one else seemed to be there. This happened the last time I I got an oil change here too. Then, the mechanics broke my wheel lock key when rotating the tires. Tim, my service advisor, really did his best, and I have no complaints about him, as he got the mechanics working when he realized my car was just sitting there, even before the filter arrived, and he tried to make things right with the broken wheel lock key by not charging me for the tire rotation since Lexus of Highland Park quoted a similar price for a new key (though I honestly think I should get the new key as well). He picked the pieces of the broken key out of the wheel lock himself. I am not pleased with your mechanics, though, and I was at the dealer about an hour twenty for a simple oil change and rotation when hardly anyone else seemed to be there. I expect better from a luxury car dealer.

Nick is awesome. Today, he 1) gave me a timeframe when my vehicle would be ready 2) had my vehicle ready before he promised it would be 3) helped me by explaining two small maintenance issues (cabin air filter and wiper blades) 4) treated with with great courtesy and respect throughout. It’s worth repeating: Nick is awesome.

Nick was very friendly and professional. He is a good reflection on your dealership. Was not happy after spending over $500 at your dealership I could not get my car washed. I had to go to a car wash and spend $27 for a wash.
