The service department was very good in diagnosing and correcting the issue with my car. Also, Nick provided a very important upgrade (installing a heated steering wheel) information regarding the vehicle. Everyone was very knowledgeable and accommodating regarding solving the problem with my MDX. Will definitely recommend the dealership to anyone who needs a new vehicle.

Knowing this is the McGrath survey, I will say prices are high. $550 (after discounts) for routine maintenance items is painful. With that said, I truly love the Acura service department, which is why I come back (for both our cars). The service advisors couldn’t be more friendly and they know their customers by face and name. The team’s knowledge is top notch and they will spend whatever time is necessary to discuss needs. The team also goes out of the way to help from looking at cosmetic scratches or talk features or assist with a loaner car, even when not part of the service. From pricing perspective, I look at coupons in advance, but The service advisors are already in the know, making this a seem less process. Of course, the work has always been done perfectly, so I am comfortable on the road. Lenny and Nick are huge assets to McGrath, and ???? the reason I’m there. Thank you to the team!!!!!!
