Tim was fantastic, he kept me up to speed with timing on everything with my car. He was in constant communication throughout the process, detailing every step of the way. It was one of the best experiences through a car repair process. Hats off to Tim and the entire McGrath Team!!

Beyond grateful for the service and advice that Tim provided in my last visit. Had a difficult experience where a racially driven road-raged incident where my personal vehicle was damaged. When I brought my vehicle in, Tim greeted me warmly and listened why I was there. He then assured me that he personally would help me throughout my visit, listened, and then proactively helped me understand what needed to be done to repaired my vehicle. Then proceeded to prepare an estimate to post haste. Beyond grateful to Acura, Libertyville, for hiring such caring and helpful staff. Such staff are great examples of when an employee feels valued and empowered to help customers everyday. This one experience, on a terrible day, helped me immensely. Beyond grateful.
