Kevin and the crew was awesome. Throughly explained my options as I had extensive service issues but not all were urgent. Kevin explained everything and took the time to made sure I knew my options. He and the techs got me in and out in less than two hours which given the service needed that was expected just as Kevin said. Car was also super clean when delivered. Thanks all. Will be back.

This is minor but your standards have been so high that it bothered me. Nick was busy at his station when I arrived and other service people walked by. No one greeted me or said “I’ll be with you in a moment.” He was polite when he did talk to me. Before I left I needed the restroom and so did another customer (male). The women’s room was closed and the men’s had a “women” sign. We asked someone working in a nearby office for help and he was polite but said we should take turns in the restroom and I should ask the male customer to guard the room while I was in there. Clearly hadn’t occurred to staff that this might arise. Finally, when my car was ready the exit garage door wouldn’t open and after a minute I beeped for help. A staff member came and activated the door without looking at or speaking to me.
