I did not understand how I took my car to get the window replaced but a third party company was used and they did not use Acura part. Now the window fell into the door and I have to pay even more now to fix the problem.

I would like to thank Nick and his team for taking care of me. I have a 2018 TLX that would not pass the emissions test. The car failed 3 times. Nick had me drop it off and gave me a loaner. He had the technician drive the car, check the sensors and had it tested In Lincolnshire where’s it passed. You guys went above and beyond to resolve The problem. Thank you for your help. Once again.
