Gus was great and went up and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered. I was extremely disappointed that my car was not cleaned or washed. Gus offered a car wash at a future date and when I arrived today, I was told there is a 45-50 min wait. I took my car to shell instead as my time is priceless. My suggestion is work with a gas station and give a coupon redeemable at the gas station for a wash. You have great staff but minor things like complementary wash should be the norm, not the exception. By the way, both Gus and Nick are phenomenal employees and I will not hesitate to give them a 10/10 for their customer service.

Kevin was excellent. Not sure that the $90 I paid for wiper blades did anything for any improved function, that’s my only question here. But Kevin was honest and may have saved me extra money for work not deemed absolutely necessary. I appreciated that very much!
