The chip is still in my windshield. When I was talking with you I said I would not buy it unless the windshield was replaced. You agreed to replace it, not repair it. I would not have agreed to buy a $40,000 RDX if you did not agree to REPLACE the windshield. So, the chip is still there. I see it everytime I look at my screen. I want you to honor what we agreed to and replace my windshield.

Nick was very helpful! He inspected my SUV, saw that it was under warranty, and noticed moisture inside one of the other tail lights. He then placed and order and took pictures. This is a reason I have been with you guys for the past 15 years.
