Kevin was great. Greeted me right away, and took care of everything that needed to be done. Showed me the lounge area and directed me to where I could get a cup of coffee and bottle of water.

I picked up my car after the service department closed. The person who helped me did not know here my keys were. He stepped away and returned with my keys and then no one knew where my car was. It was eventually found. This is the 5 th time this has happened. It would be a great idea to have a system where a service person hands off the car keys to someone who actually knows what is going on. It is frustrating to experience this ineptitude time and time again.
