Nick is my guy. He (and Bruce) have been my service tech going back to when I bought my 2006 TL 6-Speed brand spanking new. Always great and knowledgeable reception and service! Another quality visit. Also, the porters wash cars much better nowadays as well!

Thank you to Nick for following through on the part I needed replaced. This was a very hard to get part. National backlog plus a high cost to ship. He also allowed me to use a loaner vehicle so I could run errands on a Saturday while my vehicle was being worked on. Todd was the maintenance technician who did the work and he did an amazing job! They also changed my oil and filter and washed my ride! One of the best experiences I have had at a dealership.
