This is not feedback for Nick, but for the service department in general. Why does the online scheduling system allow more appointments than can be handled by the mechanic team. When scheduling an appointment in advance, you expect to have shorter wait period.

however, while waiting, I went for a walk outside and when I was coming back, three guys standing in a group at the entrance saw me coming, and one of them asked me ‘what brings me here, today?’ in an interrogative manner - that felt quite disturbing to me. they were not wearing any security uniforms.
Service was completed faster than expected and the inside cleanup and car wash were a nice and very much appreciated surprise.
