We waited a long while in our car on arrival even though the lanes were empty. Service managers approached other vehicles that arrived after us, but not ours and we finally decided to enter the office on our own to get help. Our service manager was friendly and helpful. However when our vehicle was done we only received a text but no instructions telling us to approach the service desk to pay and leave. We are used to having someone explain our service and inspection but no one did.

I was told to drop the car off on Wednesday to have the windshield replaced and I could pick it up Friday morning. I was told it needed to sit 24 hours for the windshield to seal properly. I called Mason Brown Friday morning and was told they had just started on the windshield. He said I could pick it up later Friday. When I asked him about it needing to set up for 24 hours he said that wasn’t true I just couldn’t get it wet. I reminded him of the weather forecast and then he said it was OK to get wet just don’t use power washer. Hard to believe anything he says. Needless to say I’m not happy. A simple update by text or phone would have been great.
