So it took awhile to get my repair. As I reflect on this I feel that if had not taken time the quality of work may have been questionable. So the fact that it did take a while for this extensive and expensive repair
tells me that of the many GMC products on the road many come to Everett because it's another Brand you can trust. Seth updated me as I requested information and we made it work. Thanks my Everett family
My service guy Seth was great, and did everything right. But Ron’s body shop didn’t and totally unacceptable. I’ve spent to much of my personal time for them to get it right and I’m completely done with them.
Only thing I can think would make it better if I'd had a general idea of how long it might possibly would take.

Had to schedule a month in advance and rental was not available as scheduled. Issues on truck were not resolved. Matt even heard one of the issues I was having 3 times even though mechanic said he couldn't get sound to replicate. Matt also refused to take responsibility and write down that he heard noise. Very odd
Dub is always amazing and caring every time I come in for service. Today was no different. He was sure to make sure I was careful due to being super wet. Amazing advisor!!
Seth did a great job in taking care of my truck and in working with my insurance company.
I was told my vehicle should be ready by 1:30pm and he would keep me posted. This was at 10:45am. After not hearing anything from anyone, I decided to see what was going on at 3:00pm. By this time I had set there for 4 1/2 hours and not being told anything. Come to find out the person that waited on me when I first got there left and didn’t tell anyone that I was still waiting and needed checked on. I finally get to leave at almost 3:30.
This is the first time I have ever been dissatisfied with my service.
Thanks again to Seth. He went above and beyond, as usual. I’m extremely happy with the purchase of my new tires.
