Tire pressure was not checked despite the ticket indicating that it was. The driver's seat floorboard was not vacuumed as is normally the case. The young lady that served as ballet was indifferent and borderline rude. This experience was an exception in that normally I'm treated with courtesy, respect, professionalism and I leave very satisfied that my vehicle has been well cared for. I hope this never happens again.

Service was good! However, I sat there for an hour and then happened to check my email and I had received an email saying that the service to my truck was done 20 minutes before and no one had bothered to notify me.

I called Chris the guy in the parts department to see about a battery and I still had a year and a half warranty on my battery about it in February 2018 so when I got there he told me it would be no charge OK Mr. Brown told me he was going to do a battery check OK he checked it it said it was a good battery I told him it didn’t start that morning I had to get a jump off that’s why I called Chris soul I stay a hour away this is on a Friday I’ll go home and get up Saturday morning and the battery is dead Then I would have to get a jump and try to figure out how to get up there to get a battery which I was already up there Friday so Mr. Brown said he was going to go ahead and change it since I stay so far away I go sit down 15 minutes later he comes to me that I did not get the battery from you all and I’m telling him I did he makes me feel like I’m lying and tells me where did you go to another dealership or somewhere else why in the hell am I gonna tell you smell a lie and we’re about to battery and I brought it there to get it fixed look at my record he looked in my record so he see it and all he files or changes I had to tell himThat I also had struts put all and had to bring it back again because I had a bad **** truck so he went back to his computer and looked it up found it but did not have enough nerve to come back and tell me he just called back and sit down behind the desk and get on the damn phone if I ever come up here again I will make sure not to go back to him thank you very much that was very very unprofessional shows how much you really was interested in me you have no interest on trying to get on your phone instead of come back and tell me that you found the problem pitiful ??????????????

I’ve had to take my truck for service on a transmission, that was brand new in September of 2019, twice and nothing has been found or corrected by the service team. I paid $5200 for a new transmission in September of 2019 on a 2017 Sierra and continue to have problems. I really appreciate everything that the Everett family does for Saline County, but having to replace a transmission on a 2 year old vehicle, and then continuing to have problems with the new transmission, is forcing me to look elsewhere for a new vehicle.
