After my truck had been serviced I went to pay but paperwork had not be turned in. I waited about 20 minutes and no one notified me. Talked to guy that took my info when check in he checked and said paperwork had been turned in. Went back to pay and had my paperwork was there. In the past someone alway notified me when paperwork turned in to paid.
