I initially brought vehicle in in February for oil change and tire rotation. Noticed in March the chrome luggage nuts were broken during servicing. Brought back this visit supposedly lug nuts were replaced but only part of them were thankfully I checked all before leaving the service department. Since the servici.g there has been a vibration when I drive. The car has approximately 25,000 miles on it, and was not vibrating before I brought in will call today to get yet another appointment to get this corrected.
