I waited 2 1/2 hrs for oil and filter change. I also had all recall issues to date taken care of. I would like to know for my planning, the average time for oil, filter, tire rotation and multi point inspection? Over all, I was satisfied.

I bought my car in for a 10:00 oil change, fluids check and a message saying service trailer brake system. At 12:45 your service tech call and told me that they had found the problem and it would be another 30-45 minutes before it would be finished. Your Service Tech could told it was to be about three hours and I would have gotten a ride. But I waited in your waiting room for that long and it had on my appointment I would be waiting. The first time I ever had a experience like that with you all.
