Service was completed in a timely manner.
I was disappointed initially when I brought my vehicle on February 10, 2021 to have my window replaced. I waited a approximately 3 hours and then the window was the incorrect. I was taken care of otherwise as the team accommodated me by providing me quiet space to attend a very important hearing via internet. On my visit today February 23, 2021 every thing was great. I was offered quiet space to get some work done. I was there about an hour. The repair was done efficiently. The team even removed the duct tape residue from my vehicle, which I was so grateful. Dillon was a great host during my visit to your facility. Hopefully, all the other team members are just like him...Oh yea thanks for the follow up call after I left Dillon.

The sticker you put on the windshield says the next oil change will be at 146k. I am currently at 136k. Don’t think I will wait that long.....
Dub is always great in his service and help // however I bought several cars from Everett over the last ten plus years and I was VERY upset when I got my bill/ I expected a little over $400 and it was $615// the person quoted the tires as $181 each // I asked 3 times if that included balancing and alignment & they said yes. It was a lie. When you divide the bill / the tires ended up being $286 each not $181 // please ask them to be truthful as to the full cost of getting 2 tires

Seth has helped me several times over the years. He has always been professional and courteous as I expect from Everett GMC. Seth took the time to hunt me down (I was wandering the lot looking at vehicles) to tell me something about the vehicle I was getting serviced. He deserves a raise!

I was not expecting a two hour wait for a scheduled service. However, I was satisfied on a scale of 1 through 5 I will give it a 4.
Like always, Stanley and the rest of the guys are always fast to help and get me back in the road fast as possible. I have not ever had a problem with the truck leaving the shop-5 stars to the mechanics to!!!!!
Matt did a great job we arrived a bit early for our appointment it didn’t matter Matt got us right in and the guys in the service department got on it and finished early. Thanks to the whole group.
