This is not a reflection on Matt Phipps and it’s not a reflection on Everett GMC but I bought a new Sierra last year and it’s been in the shop multiple times with a radio issue that can’t seem to be solved. It has had multiple new radios installed as well as an amplifier during my last trip and it started messing up about 2 hours after I picked it up again. Matt and the service department have tried to resolve the problem and have been nice to me so I have no complaints against them. I also like the truck very much except for the entertainment system. I’m about to the end of my rope!

It took almost 2.5 hours for an oil change, but the concerning part was during the 2.5 hours of waiting in your lobby and the many people that sat down and got up, not one person sanitized or cleaned a chair. I would think that would be important in the current COVID climate.
I haven't been thrilled with two major repairs on a 2017 Acadia Denali, but your service team is terrific.
