Felt comfortable working with Seth. I was impressed with the speed of the process. The shop isn’t the closest to have regular maintenance performed but am going to make arrangements with Seth to bring the van to Seth and his crew.

I had the truck In for servicing at 59k miles before the Warranty expired. I told the guy checking me in at the service department to have the lifters checked because it started loosing power when getting on the freeway. Also I had started hearing a noise when pulling through drive throughs. Also told the guy that I had seen a cloud of white smoke come out of the exhaust pipe one cold morning, after starting it with the remote start. He listen to the ticking sound and said he didn’t think it’s a lifter, that he thought it was the fuel pump. Saying these trucks are notoriously known for having a fuel pump ticking sound while running. He told me not to worry about it, and taking his professional opinion into state, I went a head and had my oil change and the truck serviced. When returning for my next scheduled service for the truck I waited to speak to Seth Evan in service department because I have a trusting rapport built from previous vehicles purchased at Everrete GMC. I told Seth that I believe I have a lifter going out on this truck and for the second truck in a row, at 60k miles. I had him come out and listen and he said it sounds like it but he didn’t want to say yes or no until he checked the computer first. After checking the computer, sure enough A knock sensor showed on the reading. I Asked how do we get this done under warranty, because I told him that I had made the complaint during my last service visit and the guy just blew it off. I asked Seth to look on my last visits ticket to see what was said under the customer complaints. After pulling the ticket NO comments were placed on the ticket about me questioning the lifters on the truck making a sound. Meaning that the service advisor did not do his job, a job that cost me thousands of dollars. A job that has finalized my decision to never buy another vehicle from Everrete GMC. Also finalizing my decision that if Seth ever leaves Everrete again, I will no longer have any of our vehicles serviced by this dealership.

Great service!! She does a great job. The chicken biscuits and doughnut holes are fantastic. As soon as the 21 Yukon XL’s come on I want to order one.
