Service was completed in 40 minutes for an oil change & tire rotation, which is very good in my opinion

4 hour visit and unfortunately had accidentally not tightened lug nuts on front left tire which caused accident of immobilizing my vehicle

I sat in the waiting room exactly 4 hours to find out that "someone" besides me was called and told I needed a catalytic converter, 2 days out. Four hours.....
Savanna provided excellent service. In addition to oil change/tire rotation I came in with a vibration problem. Savanna quickly figured out the problem was in the transmission as opposed to other possible problems. She explained the problem in very clear understandable terms and made arrangements for me to come back next week when I had time to leave the carFor more than 30 minutes For more than 30 minutes.

Cost ... I really miss when Oil Changes were cheaper and it meant something to the customer when they purchased a vehicle. It was a relationship with the company.
