Sent pics to my salesman. They did recall on my DEF system. Had to fill it to do it and I have DEF fluid all inside svc door, down side of truck and in side step

The Experience I had today was absolutely horrible I brought my vehicle in just after noon they took it in at 12:25. PM. However at 2 o’clock my vehicle has not even been seen and there’s five vehicles in front of it there by jeopardizing any free time I had to take a lunch on my job are usually always let you guys do my oil change but you guys have gotten considerably more negligent As my visits have occurred I am very disappointed that I had to wait a lovely two hours inside your facility in my vehicle wasn’t even seen that I had to basically go ask for my vehicle to be brought to me
