No problem with Seth. Unhappy with "needing" alignment on 15 month old 60k vehicle with 10k miles and having to pay for it. You asked if I was totally happy...the answer is no and npw you know why.
The only bad thing is when I pulled up at 715 this morning no one approached me ihad to go inside.
Everything was great, just asked for a car wash and did not get one.

I always find it easy to get me scheduled oil changes and tire rotations. The only thing that I would think that could be added to the service is you could give your customers an estimated wait time so they know when to come back or be expecting to leave. Thank you for your kind services
The service for my vehicle was excellent as always. I was however very disappointed with the lack of social responsibility. Of all the staff I saw and encountered, the only one wearing a face mask was the valet outside. There was no social distancing being observed as well. With the current state of our city, state, and nation, it’s very disappointing that a large corporation and community leader would dismiss common sense and community ethics.
