Yes but I don't understand why the color on my records/invoice cannot be corrected to reflect the proper color of my vehicle which is Summit White. It shows up as Carbon black? I have asked about this before but it's never been resolved. I've thought about writing Mr. Everett a letter but just never done it. Surely a factory rep could fix the issue?
I am very disappointed with serve today. The worst that I have ever received at Everett. They did not repair tire; did not reset my milage & spilled oil on my motor.
My car was not wiped down inside after repair. Everett has been known for good Serve Dept.; horrible today. I went to Christian Brothers & got tire repaired. Dub told me nail was on right passage ride; but it was on right driver side.
Good job overall. Maybe a little more detail on what is done. Thank you

I came in with a low air pressure light. When I went to pay the bill they said I had a nail in my tire and it was $25.00 to fix it... I feel that is to high but if you are ok with charging that much I can be ok going elsewhere for service for my vehicles. Thank you, Jason Kindrix
Once again - Everett proves I made the right choice in purchasing my vehicles from them! Service after the sale is more important to me than the great price. I have never had better service from any dealership in the 30-plus years I have been buying cars.
