I don’t believe it was Seth’s fault. Seth was very professional. When I scheduled the appointment I understood that the appointment would take approximately 2 1/2 hours. It took almost 4 hours and I’ve got to come back to have a module replaced. If I had known that it was going to take 4 hours I would have scheduled at a later date so I could get a loaner vehicle. Problem was not fixed, i was told “you’ll just have to bring it back there’s nothing i can do about it right now”. I don’t have the time “to just bring it back”. After bringing my car in the first time for a recall my parts should have been put back on correctly. Now I’m going to have to bring my car in a third time. I don’t have the time to just sit and wait. I purchased a new vehicle for the courtesy vehicle perks, and never once was offered a loaner car for the mistake.

Mason was great! He explained an issue they were having with my vehicle’s service. He knew I had an appointment I needed had to be at. When my appointment time was looming and the oil change was not completed. He offered to drive me to my appointment. I really appreciate him going above and beyond to make my experience a great one.
