Excellent customer service
During my last visit my key was lost and the dealership had to cut and re-program a new key for me. Now my existing keys won't start my car. Avedis Injian was my service rep.
David is very thorough. He went through what I needed To get done. we agreed i would get half done today due to time constraints. He asked me to ask for him when I come Back so it would be any easy transition. Great service advisor!

Lily’s customer service was excellent the only thing it’s that i has an appointment at 8am and i had to call at 1:30 to check on my car. They were supposed to called me after diagnosis but they didn’t. I took my car there for a wired noise they replaced te front brakes The mechanic should have drive the car with me for me to tell him what needed to be fixed and it’s still doing the noise Lily advised if the noise continued to take the car back.

I had to wait an additional hour after arriving at Nissan to pick up my vehicle due the dealership losing my key. The entire process of looking for my key then deciding to cut a new key took 1 hour.
No need for the dealership to contact me regarding this however they need to look in to a better failsafe system to keeping track of customers property when they are in control of it. This isn’t the first time my key was misplaced at this Nissan dealership but this is the first time the key was lost without a trace. Luckily I learned my lesson the first time so this time I only left the dealer with my single vehicle key and not my entire key ring.
Lily was friendly and professional. She answered all my questions and was courteous. Lily helped make my wait worth it because of her very nice attitude and manner. I will only ask for Lily Shockley when I return for any car needs.

We have been a customer with Nissan for the past years and enjoy my vehicle for it's performance and low maintenance.And as for our service agent Vince Roman with his excellent customer service whom also makes sure to check if we have any discounts. I could never be more satisfied. I rate him 1 thru 10 a (10) for his service. Thanks Vince see you at our next appointment.
