When Mr Vincent served me it was me only. He offered me a ride home by the way of your shuttle or Lyft device. After I told him the service I would done to my car he asked if I had any other concerns with my car He delivered what he promised. With time and service

David was great and the tech was fast. I did ask to not have it washed but David explained it would be best since my engine was steam washed (which I really appreciate) but the washing/drying that was done was pretty awful. There was a spider web on my rear wheel from my house and when I picked up my newly washed car the spider web was still there. It was "whatever" and not a big to me at all to me since I was in a hurry any way but it's seems a waste of time.

All I have to say is I chose you guys because of the great customer service I received here. The dealership where I bought my car in Ontario at Empire to help me with the initial buying of the car was ok but everyone else's customer service was terrible.

The whole process from dropping off my car until picking it up was pretty awesome! Perfect service! David went above and beyond to keep us informed of the repair needed and kept us updated. No surprises when it was done and time to pay. David made me change my mind about service at the dealership. We definitely will keep bringing our car to Fontana Nissan!
