Paid for vehicle diagnostic and didn’t get accurate information, just vague response . Totally lost all credibility as a trusted dealership . Wouldn’t recommend any of my fellow community members there for service . Will continue looking for good old Honest American auto repair facility .

Over the years I have been pleased with Nissan and their mission to provide great customer service . My profession allows me to travel all across the United States . While traveling I’ve made several stops to Nissan dealerships for service maintenance to my vehicle. This was the first time a Serviceman made me feel as if I was a bothering him. This happened when I asked David P if he didn’t mind explaining to my family member the issues that was found with my car . David’s response was “Oh my god I have another customer here in front of me.” I felt rushed and felt like I was bothering him asking him to explain to someone who knew more about mechanical work then I. I came into the dealership on 4/23 and spoke with David and Nikki his supervisor about the incident . David apologized and stated “you wasn’t suppose to hear that” . Nikki the manager over the service department also apologized for his behavior . Although I vow to never do business with Fontana Nissan ever again . I am still a loyal customer to the brand.
