I got there at 7:20 and didnt leave there till 9:16. The car wash leaves much to be desired, it was a rather unthorough job leaving behind streaks on my cars windows and spots of dirt still left on the car, the associates attending me however are pleasant and of good nature so theres that.
Well Juan was nice but the first guy I talked to was Rude, then we got the truck back wasn't washed or vacuumed like they said they would do but Juan was very nice at helping me

Mr. Juan is very knowledgeable about the services your car needs and was able to look back at my service history to make sure I wasn't repeating a service I already had done. He also took the time to review my Multi-point inspection, providing me with insight on what work needs to be completed on the car, during my next visit.
David was very professional and helpful throughout the process.
David really went the extra mile. I arrived at 7:45am on Saturday and, there was already a long line of customers waiting. I knew it was going to be a long wait. When David came to service attend my vehicle, I asked the wait time and he informed it would be several hours. I asked for a shuttle home and that’s when he informed there is no more shuttle but he upped it one by providing a lyft ride home and when the vehicle was ready 4 1/2’ hours later , he provided a lyft ride back. Thank you David for the consideration.
