The technician did not clear the computer after installing thw new battery. So the car did not drive right and the warning light appeared on the dash. Had to bring it back for another day. If they know the computer needs to be refreshed after a battery change, why didn't they do that the first day?
Lily kept me updated via text on progress. Some may prefer a phone call, for me this method worked perfectly fine. Fontana Nissan is my home dealership and will continue to be the home of where I go for excellent service.

I first brought my vehicle in two weeks ago for a brake job and mentioned the strange noise and vibration. Though the technicians were unable to find the problem, Lily invited me to bring my car back at any time to see if they could have better luck. Through the entire process she has been a delight and extremely helpful!

I just what to know why there are piecesnof crackets on the back of my truck. Also, i had to go back to the dealer because one of the plastic that is on the back left tire was loose. So the technicians need to be more careful with their work and cars that costumers like me trust the nissan services department for the repair of our cars. So i am not so happy with the service because the services is expensive and on top i have to make sure my car is not damage. So time is money.
Again, I always take my cars to nissan fontana for repairs and oil change and i think nissan costumer services department needs to be more careful with the vehicles that are under their supervision and repairs.
The service department did not do the work that the car was planning for. The quality of service was very disappointing as a first time customer
