Lily was great! She clearly explained the warranty process, answered all my questions and concerns. Lily has great communication skills and customer service. The problem was the maintenance service work that was not done to my vehicle. I had transmission service and brake flush done. 1. If the brake flush was done why is the brake fluid still dark in color, same as I first took it in. 2. Transmission service, oil changed but no filter or screen cleaned/changed. Another service advisor advised me no filter to change, only a metal screen to clean which is on the valve body. Ok, if that’s the case then why is there no indication of the oil pan being removed to clean that screen? It looks completely un-disturbed. Don’t bother calling!
Took longer than usual and when I got home my battery was dead. Didn't have any problems prior to that and they even did a complimetary inspection and even said the battery was fine.
Avedis provided details of service that would be provided and the time and cost involved, lived up to those commitments' and even provided a Lyft shuttle home instead of having me wait the four hours it took for service to be completed, as promised.

Don't bother contacting me! Your dealership was unable to diagnose or repair a simple repair. Then to add insult to injury, when my car had to be towed to AutoZone (who easily dx and repaired my vehicle), I was told that I had to return the rental by closing, at 6:00, instead of returning it the following morning! So, I had to leave work early, and be brought to another car rental shop to rent another car for the last day!! When I wanted to express my dismay at having to inconveniently return the car early, Dave was extremely rude, and pushed me off on Niicky to complete the return. If you call this Service, then we have a different understanding of the meaning of the word! It is a wonder to me as to how your aservice team and repair shop, under Richard, have remained in business!
My car was ready right at the time he said it was going to be, and it looked great!
