I was not called to inform me when my car would be ready. I was not informed the shuttle was not available after 4:30 O’clock. My key was lost and the attached ring and Buck knife were gone as well. I never received my invoice by email as promised. All in all I am very unhappy with this service visit.

When I pulled up to the service center at Fontana Nissan, the Service Advisor at first time nr that they could not give me a new battery for my car. The Service Advisor actually said, “what kind of car is this?” I have a Nissan Versa Note car.

Everything was very good except that you don’t offer shuttle in the morning before 8:00 am so i had to wait for my car there for 2 hrs

There was oil residue on my arm test drive side and oil on the door handle on passenger and I was underneath my truck there was oil everywhere don’t know if that was when they removed the oil filter

I took my car for one thing and got my car with Greasy finger prints messed up door and the job i took it for wasn't even completed my gas was burned out and it took a long time
