Lily saved the day. It was someone earlier who had not ordered the parts for the recall maintence who mede my experience less than pleasing. Lily figured out that there were parts ordered for another car that could be used on mine. When someone calls service about a maintenance visit, parts should be ordered if it is obvious what will be needed. I called last week to make an appointment, but was left hanging when the person who makes appointments was not there —and did not return my call.

I am upset that the battery warranty was only 36,000 miles...when my battery was drained because of my car keys. I had to wait over 30+ minutes for shuttle and waited on phone for 20 minutes to talk to Vincent. And had to ask him to email me work order I signed for in morning and he tells me that they send to customer when the customer asks for only.... poor customer service. And then final paperwork didn't even list the "actual cause " of horn going off when Vincent called me back 15 minutes later after we hung up him saying car ok....that it was the key and estimated cost of fix was 300 plus ... only person that was concerned about my satisfaction was the cashier. Which helped me get my car back this am in a timely manner this am.
