I scheduled my appointment and arrived early because your location is notorious for ignoring the fact that people have appointments and just taking the cars in order of arrival. I informed the rep of what was needed and everything was fine. Two hours go by and all of the services I requested are done. The rep then tells me that my back brakes need to be done. I specifically ask how long it will take, and was to these a rotation. I asked if the additional work would need to be squeezed in around other customers. The rep said that it would be approx. An hour more. I okayed the additional work. Time went on and I'd been at your location for four hours and had heard nothing. I used the text service that was available and heard nothing. I waited more time with no one providing an update and I texted again. After 5 hours of sitting around waiting. I told the receptionist that it was time to leave. I didn't even care whether my car was finished. Coincidentally my car supposedly just happened to be ready after I asked about it. The bill was wrong more than once and had to be reprinted. I had to wait for what your company tried to pass off as a wash, and I still had to wait. Not only was my window left open when the car was wet, I can't imagine anything actually being cleaned when I still have the window smudges from me wiping bird excrement off... before I got the car serviced. I took pictures of the water drops in the inside of my car. My seat was also wet. The cashier told me that Herman was injured on the job so if that's true, I harbor no anger towards him. My issue is that no one bothered to take over hos clients. I had to ask several times even after I was told my car was ready. The representative that finally gave me my keys said that he thought I'd already been taken care of. I didn't even get an inspection report. This was the worst experience I have had in a service department period. Simple tracking for customers would have alleviated this issue. This lack of accountability when someone leaves is why I will try my very best to not use any of your locations services. I also took a picture of when I finally drove off the lot and it was almost 12:30... I arrived at 7:05 for my 7:25 appointment. Just unacceptable.

I bring my car in for an oil change all the time and are well taken care of. Today, when I picked my car up it wasn't washed (which they do every time) and all my tires needed air and the sensor was on. I could have gotten this same service at a Jiffy Lube, bit I bring my car to Nissan for that extra care they provide.
