I was wondering why the enclosure was missing in front of the break and gas pedal or told that it was exposed and to use some caution. I remember the guitar wire like chord that ripped through the plastic handle that used to be the trunk opener had broken long ago so i had to remove the panel left of the drivers seat because about a month ago my keys were accidently locked in the trunk which i do know about and have been meaning to replace.

I have been coming to this location for almost 7 years. I'm very surprised at how you have changed the personal touch you used to give your customers. I called the service area several times to schedule an appointment and got voicemail, after a while I got a recording saying the mailbox was full finally at the end of the day I got a call back to schedule an appointment. At one time y'all would always be available to answer customer calls. Everything is via text message...everyone isn't technical. The courtesy car wash was very crappy. As my mother would say if you're going to do it... give it your best or DON'T DO IT AT ALL.
