The customer service was excellent. They kept me informed about how long it was going to take and what was going on with my car. What ever else my car would take to get my car updated and running like it was new.

When I called to set up an appointment they told it would be one wait, when I got there they told me two hours, but when it was all done it was three hours. When I finally got the keys back the attendant said they had wash my car, and yes, it wasn’t washed. So pretty much I’m not satisfied or happy with my recall job I got. Last month I had service to be done and I got basically the same treatment. I had an appointment at 8:30 and I was in line for 20 minutes and the service attendant took care of others , so I left without getting the service to the car. So with the experience of today I don’t think I will come back to service the vehicle on the regular schedule that I was to follow. Thank you for letting me express myself on today’s experience. Herman was truly a professional at what he does. He explained everything that needed to be done with the car Ken was very good about answering questions that I had. My thanks not only to Hermann but the service manager Nikki for the job she performed today by taking pictures of the top of my daughter's car (where we are fighting a loss of clear on the paint) so that we could get together with consumer affairs.
