The car is running well. However. I have always taken my car to you, but I have been through a couple of unnecessary near accidents. 1) The last times before this one, the ckearks and mechanics failed to perform and advice me of needed repairs like wipers, air filter, etc. The mechanic left hanging the fuel oil plastic covers. He fail to install all the screws and left the plastic covers hanging that it cought and scooped some debris in the carpool lane that it entangled and ripped off the other plastic covers from the sides and wheel tires, and the left rocker. I was without a car for two weeks and costly. 2) the air filter was not mention to replace it that a 39 dollar replacement cost me over 752 dollars.
Herman was very attentive to my car's needs and mindful of my time. He kept me posted on my service progress and arranged transportation for me to get home. I was VERY pleased with his service.

I made a 1:05 appointment I arrived 10 minutes early.. when I walk in I was greeted by a very nice lady that helped me out initially then handed me over to Chistal. I would not say she was rude but not very friendly. Never mentioned anything about their appointment running behind or anything. I told her I was going to wait so I set in the waiting area. While I was waiting in the waiting area the Edson that answered the phone is very loud. I work in customer service and the last thing you want is everyone hearing your conversation on the hone. IOns thing that I found really irritating is that mind you I had an appointment and my car did not start working on it until after 2 pm and hour after the appointment time I had.. I did not leave until 345.. no one once told me they were running behind nothing.. I did not buy my car at your location I bought it at Ontario Nissan and decided to try out your service department because it was closer I can tell you that the service I received I will not be back. I will drive to Ontario. They have my business going forward and will tell all of my friends of my experience
