This is the second time I’m taking my same vehicle for the same repair. The manager Nikki is very unprofessional, She told me that my vehicle would be ready today, but that did not happen. They were unable to locate the “” issue, and the reason for that was they were looking at someone else’s vehicle. They try to hand someone else’s car over to me, what kind of Business are you trying to run.She even failed to follow up on her promise of calling me back and following up with me very unprofessional I will never do business here again and I urge everyone else to not do business here at the service department ever again as well. And due to their incompetence I have to go to another dealership and basically pay for the repair that they should’ve already done here at this this facility. This place takes advantage of disabled women because that’s what I am and this is how they treated me, and looking at other reviews other women as well. I told them what the issue was and they tried telling me was something else I told them it’s the light with the car and the squiggly lines under it which means something about the the brakes or theTraction control, but they insisted it was the check engine light, I can distinguish the difference between a check engine light and the traction control light, I’m not stupid like you guys think I am!
Yes ! Very much appreciated, didn’t think you guys would have time to do it for me but they insisted to make sure my ride was safe in this bad weather . This will be my new go to instead of Larry H Miller ! Thanks again guys ????
