David was awesome as always, this is not on him. Juan was also very helpful as well. I just eant to express my dismay regarding the "carwash" that you guys provide with every vehicle. Is it only on the outside because the backrow of my car has not even been vaccumed at all. Considering we spend a lot of money on repairs on both my cars,i would think a decent wash would be fair but this time it was just filthy.
David was extremely helpful, as always.
She was acting like she did not want to he at work... Very short with her answers... No eye contact... Overall I felt like I was unappreciated as a customer... Then I never got any type of communication on what was going on with my car and my car was left over night... Had I not just showed up I would not have known what was going on... Not only that but when I went to check up on my car, she was not there and I got the run arou6 because they said we have to wait for her to come back because there was no notes in the computer... So this was the worst experience I have ever had with any Nissan...

I received excellent service from your service advisor, David Pisani. He got me the best recommended maintenance service for my 2017 Nissan Frontier truck. He went over all of maintenance package options with to make I knew which maintenance service package was right for my truck based on the mileage. He was very professional and friendly and respectful.
I was extremely happy with the way he worked with me and with the maintenance service I received for my truck.
One more important item. On the way to pick up my truck, we had a tire blow out on my wife’s car. Luckily it was only a screw in the tire. We were able to get it changed with the help of a Good Samaritan. Once we got to Fontana Nissan, David Pisani went the extra mile to get it fixed for us and even had it installed back on the car for us.
I want to put in a very high recommendation for David Pisani. He is a great service advisor. It is because of people like him I keep coming back to Fontana Nissan for all of my vehicle service needs.
I also want to put in a good word for a young man there, George. Yesterday as I dropped off my truck for its maintenance, the tires on my wife’s car had low air pressure. George went out of his way to help us and fill all tires back to proper air pressure. It is for people like David and George why I choose Fontana Nissan dealership over any other Nissan dealership to buy my Nissan vehicle and maintenance service needs.
I absolutely love my Nissan Frontier truck. When the time comes later on to purchase another vehicle, it will be another Nissan truck, probably a Titan next time.
