Not at all! Arriving 30 minutes early to my appointment and having to wait two hours for an oil change is unacceptable. I was not given details on the 7 point inspection. I was notified by email that there is an oil leak on the bell housing and I have to take the car back in for further diagnosis and repair. I would have appreciated for Crystal to take the time to explain the findings to me personally.

I was quoted a price on a heater valve part, the price came up a little high but what was shocking was the labor!!!! And how long it wound take, I was told 760 dollars!!!!!! So I declined, I then contacted several other highly recommend mechanics and the price given to me by them was 400 hundred dollars cheaper
