I made an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. I told the service rep this also when I checked in. I switched to synthetic oil. Service took almost 2 hours. It took this long when I went to Metro Nissan. When I got into my car, check tire pressure light was still on. I had to wait another 15 minutes while the service tech reset my the code and did a test drive. Looking at my receipt, they never did a tire rotation. Also, no mention of washing cars on website. I had already had my car derailed Saturday so wasn't dirty. They didn't check to see if windows were open. My back windows were open a bit and they didn't close them. Inside of my car was wet because they didn't close my windows before they washed it. Unsatisfied with service I received. Y tires did not get rotated, I paid $100 for an oil change that 2 hours to do, inside of my car got wet andmy detail ruined because all they did was hose the car and not dry it. I will never come here again and will not recommend Fontana Nissan for service. Definately a huge difference between Fontana Nissan and Metro Nissan in Montclair. I will be taking the long to Montclair in the future.

You guys need to hire more people on the sevice side. No one should have to wait over 10-20 mins to check in. I won't be returning here. No need to call me.

Godd job to all the tech and all of the services Advisor at Fontana Nissan and specially Herman Rivas on being a great service advisor and always being there for me when I have questions to ask. I al so have to thank the service manager who also is there when I need help what a wonderful crew you have at Fontana Nissan.
At the time of picking my vehicle after waiting for almost 1.5 hrs for a scheduled oil change, I was informed that the headlight lamp needed to be exchanged. In my opinion this should have been done at the onset of the appointment. As a result your technician put me on the road without fully functioning car. Put me also at the risk of being stopped and ticketed for driving without a headlight.
Since then I went on YouTube and learned how to do it myself and therefore saved myself few bucks.
