I am very disappointed with how long I had to wait for the services I received. I made an appointment for 1:30 the rep says I can be there before my appointment time, so I get there at 1pm. I don’t get even spoken to until 1:20pm. And then I wait a whopping 3 hrs plus for my truck back. Very disappointed. To top it off. I get my truck not even wiped down after “ wash”. Looks more like a hose down.
Will be preparing a review on this matter.
Lily Shockley is very friendly and professional. She cares about the customers and makes sure every experience with getting your vehicle serviced is pleasant.

Lily was great , but am dissatisfied about my maxima with all the repairs i had to do now has me worried about my warranty and really thinking about trading in my car to another car other than Nissan , so sad about this, first time Nissan owner and maybe last
